The Open Joint Stock Company "Perm Lubricants Plant" is engaged in the manufacture of the products for machine-building, metallurgical, machine-tool-building and mining enterprises. Amongst the users of its products are the leading Russian industrial enterprises, such as the OJSC "AvtoVAZ", the OJSC "KAMAZ", the Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation, the OJSC "Zavolzhsky Motor Plant", the OJSC "NTMK", the OJSC "Severstal", the OJSC "Nosta", Volzhsky Tubes & Pipes Plant, Pervouralsk Tubes & Pipes Plant and other enterprises in Russia and CIS-countries.

On December 12, 2001, Perm Lubricants Plant will celebrate its 60th anniversary.

Today the enterprise manufactures more than 60 kinds of products - plastic lubricants, cutting emulsions, cutting fluids and lubricating oils. In the last decade the Plant in cooperation with the institutes of Russia and Ukraine has mastered the production of more than 30 perspective lubricating materials.

Perm Lubricants Plant produces the following lubricating materials:

	Highly efficient cutting fluids and technological agents for various types of metal work and rolling of metals and alloys, namely: - water emulsion fluids; - semi-synthetic and synthetic fluids; - oil fluids.
	Plastic lubricants: multi-purpose lubricants, lubricants for metallurgy, car service and preservation.
	Oils for industrial equipment and machinery: transmission oils, washing oils, hydraulic oils, rolling oils and gearbox oils.
	Hydraulic fluids for hydraulic systems of industrial equipment and transport (frost and fire resistant).
	Motor oil and lubricants, shock-proofing, cutting and brake fluids.
	Footwear from PVC.

The products are shipped in tankcars, waggons, 1.5-, 3- and 5-tons containers.

The products are packed in 50- and 500-liter drums, 0.3- and 0.5 kg packages or 1-3-5 liter cans supplied by consumers.
